These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by Dan Stallard all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.
Return Rights

Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If I shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email me a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging to danstallard@googlemail.com Please include in your email, your order number, product number and product name, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell me whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please send your request within 30 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item but you may not be refunded the cost of delivery.
Other Returns
If your items arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund for the price of the product.
There will be no refund for cost of delivery.
To return an item, please pack the item securely and carefully in the original packaging. You need to inform me of your intent to return an item via e-mail. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, your order number, product number and product name and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. I strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. If you are returning an item that is not normally capable of being returned by post, you are still responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Refund Payments
Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. I will withhold reimbursement until I have received the items back.
Acceptance of Order
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such event your sole recourse shall be the return of amounts paid by you related to such order (if any).
Disclaimer
I am not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.
I reserve the right to decide if a refund for delivery costs is to be made on goods returned.
